Oolong Tie Kuan Yin Organic 2oz

Tie Guan Yin , the yang compliment to yin Tie Kuan Yin, dark greenish-brown colored leaves are clumped and dried in classic Oolong manner.  Lighter high notes of a Champaign oolong are grounded in buttery milk oolong bottom notes produce this characteristic  Chinese Oolong. This Tie Guan Yin Oolong is known for jump starting your metabolism and 1 tsp per 8-10 oz. of water can be steeped and re-steeped 3 times (or to your liking.) We think the 2nd steeping is the best!  From the Fujian mountains in central China.
